Introducing the New management Company Atlanta Community Services (ACS)

We are pleased to announce that, beginning September 1, 2026, Atlanta Community Services (ACS) will assume management responsibilities for Riverbrooke Homeowners Association, Inc. ACS will work closely with your Board of Directors to handle daily tasks, including accounting, maintenance, and assisting homeowners.

After-hours emergencies: Call 770-904-5270. Our answering service will notify the on-call manager, who will respond within 30 minutes.

Online Account Access Please register at www.atlantacommunityservices.com:

1. Click Homeowner Login (top right).
2. Select Register and complete the form (no account number needed).
3. Submit – a temporary password will be emailed to you (may take up to 72 hours).
4. Log in with the temporary password, then update it under Profile.

Online you can:

• View your account balance and pay assessments (credit card or e-check)
• Access association documents, budgets, and financials
• Submit modification requests & track violations
• Update your contact info
• See community events, photo galleries, and receive email updates
