Riverbrooke HOA Assessment Payment – Now Available Online
Pay Online
Southern Porch Management has added the 2026 HOA assessment to the homeowner portal.
To view or pay your assessment:
- Go to the portal:
https://home.southernporchmanagement.com/public?modal=login - Log in using the username and password you previously received.
- Payments to:
- Pay online (processing fees may apply), or
- Set up Auto Draft from your checking account to avoid fees.
- If you choose Auto Draft, your payment will be scheduled for April 10, 2026.

You may also mail a check.
Please make checks payable to the Riverbrooke Homeowners Association and include your current account number or property address in the memo line.

Traffic Interruption Sugarberry Lane at Nichols Drive
Greetings Riverbrooke homeowners and residents
As many of you know the holiday lighting was was not working for much of the season at the Sugarberry Lane entrance. This was due to aged and faulty wiring that is scheduled for repair on Wednesday March 25th at 9:30AM. The Sugarberry Lane exit to Nichols Drive will be blocked for wiring installation for a few hours at this time. Please access Nichols Drive via Rockbass Road during this time to avoid delays. Thank you for your patience while this much needed update and repair is completed.

2025 Annual Meeting
6:30PM
The 2025 Annual Meeting has been scheduled for Monday, November 10th, 2025 at 6:30pm in the St. Columba’s Episcopal Church, 939 James Burgess Road, Suwanee, GA 30024. You can arrive as early as 6:00pm for check-in. Please see the attached documents that will be mailed out by early next week. We look forward to seeing you at the Annual Meeting.

FROM GA 400: Take Exit 13 (GA 141). Travel east off ramp and proceed 2.5 miles to Sharon Road. Turn left. Travel 1 mile, bear right at merge with Old Atlanta Road. Continue straight 1½ miles to James Burgess Road and turn left. Riverbrooke will be 1½ miles ahead on the left.
FROM GA 141 PEACHTREE PARKWAY/MEDLOCK BRIDGE: Take I-285 North to Exit 31 (Peachtree Industrial North). Stay on Route 141 for 3 miles and bear left at the Peachtree Parkway split. Ahead 11 miles to Laurel Springs Parkway and turn right. Go 1.5 miles to Old Atlanta and turn left. Ahead 1 mile to James Burgess Road and turn right. Ahead 1.5 miles to Riverbrooke on the left.
