Q - I didn't get a letter on my violation before the fine was applied, can my Fine be Waived?

- No, Fines are not assessed until after the third letter has been sent to the owner. Records of each letter sent are stored at GCM.

Q - What are the pool Hours?

- 7AM-9PM ET for 2019 (Hours subject to change).

- 7AM-11PM ET for 2019 (Hours subject to change).

Q - Do I need an ARC form approved to paint my house?

- Yes The ARC committee can provide a list of approved color schemes.

Q - Do I need an ARC form approved to repair my Roof?

- No, If the roof is not being replaced only repaired with the same shingles currently installed no ARC is required.
